API DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS INC. was formed with the vision of becoming the Hospitality industry’s leader in Planning & Development of hotels throughout Canada.
The API team offers fully integrated project delivery and management services from concept to occupancy. The teams process thoroughly examines each project including the site, building, landscape and interiors. A full-service approach to our projects, we guide our clients through the program and construction process, including any necessary municipal and associated agency approvals.
Our TEAM works with our clients to define the program & aesthetics desired for their project, and always ensuring that the highest quality result for their construction dollar is achieved throughout the process.
Management Of Resources
To simplify the process, we have broken it down into 4 main phases or tasks: Preliminary Schematic Design, Brand Development, Construction Documents and Project Management. The API TEAM and senior staff have over 100 years of combined experience in innovative design, planning & management, residential/mixed use developments, and hospitality. Whether it is assessing the real estate on the drawing board, in the office or out in the field, our TEAM members are always directly involved with the projects at API.
